I have bought numerous used cars in the past, from Ford to Ferrari, and would rate my experience in purchasing a Giulietta from Luke as exceptional. The car was as described, prepared as promised and the transaction was completed in an efficient friendly manner.  A couple of minor items were subsequently taken care of without question or fuss. In the unlikely event the car developed a problem I have no doubt one could rely upon the six-month in-house warranty.UPDATE.  Just sold this Giulietta Sportiva back to Luke for a very fair price after 3 years of happy motoring.  SDR have maintained the car during this period and their garage services are just as good as their sales.  All maintenance is carried out competently and efficiently for a competitive price.  Completely trustworthy, with no upselling of work not required.  Such garages are difficult to find.  Highly recommended.

I purchased an Alfa Giulietta in May 2023. From the moment I first contacted SDR, the service I received was first class. The car was fully serviced to a high standard and came with a 6-month warranty. I had a couple of little issues a few months later and these were dealt with quickly, efficiently and with a smile. I dealt with Luke who was polite, respectful, genuine and honest. Service that is so rare in this day and age. I cannot recommend SDR enough.

In June had our new (to us) Giulietta was serviced by SDR, swift excellent job. Most recently Luke helped us out with very little notice when we had a gear position switch failure. Squeezed us in; job was done in an hour of arrival, great service. Really know their stuff. Thanks, guys, will be back again - but hopefully not too soon!

Took my car here for a service and Mot and beyond impressed. Luke went above and beyond in looking after my car and for the first time I felt like I wasn’t being ripped off as being a woman I felt he was very honest.
